Trending Treasure Refund Policy

Trending Treasure offers a 7-day refund policy for all customized products including hoodies, t-shirts, coffee mugs, stylish photo frames, and corporate gifts. Customers can request refunds within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.​

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds apply only to items received in original condition with all tags intact and packaging undamaged. Customized products must show verifiable manufacturing defects such as printing errors, color mismatches beyond normal variation, or material flaws. Refunds do not cover change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-provided design issues.​

within 7 days of delivery with order number, photos of defects, and delivery proof. Approved returns require shipping back to our Kolkata facility at customer expense within 48 hours of approval. Use the original packaging and include all accessories. Refunds process within 5-7 business days after inspection.​

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized products with customer-approved proofs before production. Items damaged due to improper washing or wear. Digital downloads or instant access products. Shipping charges remain non-refundable across all cases.​

Corporate Gift Orders

Bulk corporate orders follow the same 7-day policy but require prior approval for returns. Custom corporate branding considered final sale unless containing identical defects across 10%+ of order quantity. Contact our B2B team for special arrangements.​
